Garbha.ai is an AI-powered fertility platform built to make IVF more accurate, more consistent, and more accessible — bringing intelligence to the moment life begins.
In IVF, outcomes hinge on decisions that are still made largely by eye: which embryo to transfer, which sperm and oocyte to select, whether the endometrium is ready. These manual assessments vary from one embryologist to the next, capping success rates and adding cost and heartbreak for families. Garbha replaces that guesswork with objective, explainable AI.
At the core is EmbryoScore, our embryo-grading engine, which grades embryos in real time at 93% accuracy — and does so as Edge AI, running directly on time-lapse incubators rather than in the cloud, so results appear at the bench and patient data never has to leave the lab. Crucially, it is no black box: every score comes with visual heatmaps, morphokinetic timelines and fragmentation analysis, so embryologists can see and trust the reasoning.
Garbha is India's first AI fertility solution cleared by the national medical regulator (CDSCO), ISO 13485 certified, validated on a dataset of 36,000+ embryo images, and already live across partner clinics. It runs inside ESCO Medical's MiRI time-lapse incubators through a strategic collaboration, with multimodal research advanced alongside Universiti Malaya.
Beyond embryos, Garbha is building a comprehensive suite spanning sperm quality, oocyte assessment, non-invasive PGT-A (genetic screening) and endometrial receptivity — one intelligence layer across the entire fertility journey, working toward predicting cycle success before transfer.
The mission is simple: fewer failed cycles, lower costs, and more families begun. Garbha.ai is turning IVF from subjective judgement into standardized, explainable intelligence — and taking it to clinics around the world.
